You Need To Know: 

• Dubai Dolphinarium can cancel or reschedule your private sessions for which an alternate date or slot will be offered to avail the chance.
• If a trainer determines misbehavior of a group or individual that will result in the expulsion of many participants or the cancellation of the sessions because your safety and proper treatment of the dolphins is the top priority.
• Participants must be free from diseases and must physically able to have swimming experience with dolphins in Dubai. This fitness level will be determined by Trainer (women should not be in their menstruation cycle).
• According to the time slot availability on the requested date confirmation will be given to client.
• Children in the water from the age 5 to 10 years must be supervised by an adult.

• Arrive at Dubai Dolphinarium counter 45 minutes prior because the late arrival may cause you miss the experience for which ‘full no-show charges’ apply
