You Need To Know: 

• Dubai Dolphinarium can cancel or reschedule a swim session with dolphin for which an alternate date or another time slot will be offered to guests for the experience.
• The safety of the guests and proper treatment of the dolphins are top priorities, so any misbehavior of a group or of an individual that will be judged by the trainers can result in the expulsion of some participants or the entire session cancellation.
• Guest must be free from sickness and physically able t swim with Dolphins. This will be examined and concluded by the trainer. (women should not be in their menstruation cycle during the experience)
• Confirmation will be received on the requested date that depends on the slot availability.
• An adult must accompany children under 5 to 10 years
