Q. What is the capacity of your camp?
A. Maximum 1000 guests
Q. How many pick-up locations are allowed for a group booking?
A. Normally they are between one to two pick-up points for groups but can vary case to case
Q. What is the capacity of your land cruiser ? How many person can accommodate a single car ?
A. Our 4wd Land-cruiser vehicles can accommodate 6-7 guests as they are insured for 7 guests + Safari driver
Q. Is it possible not to join the Dune bashing activity?
  Yes it is possible with prior intimation at the time of making the booking that guests would not like to do the dune bashing
Q. Can we request for a particular dish or dishes?
A. Our dinner buffet contains international cuisine which is palatable by all guests. However for groups we can accede to the request of a particular dish or dishes, if they can be provided
Q. How much is the charge for Quad bikes ?
A. Quad Bikes are charged at AED 90/- per bike for 15 minutes and please note they are not insured hence we will not undertake any responsibility for any claims or damages as a result of any injury that guests may have due to riding a quad bike.

Q. Where is Musandam Dibba or Khasab located?
A. Musandam region is located in Oman in the North Eastern extremity of Arabia.
Khasab is the capital of Musandam and renowned for its scenic fjords and Dolphins that abound its waters
DIbba is part of Musandam bordering UAE and is a popular day out
Q. Is visa required for these trips ?
A. Khasab – all guests entering Khasab require a visa granted to select nationalities at the UAE-Oman border. Check details with Asia Pacific

Dibba – Overseas Guests must carry valid original passport and UAE residence visa holders valid original passport or labour card. Oman visa not required for the trip.
Q. What are the activities and programs of the trip ?
A. Ex Khasab Harbour – Cruising to the Fjords, Swimming, Snorkeling and Dolphin Watching. Refreshments and lunch provided. Return SIC transfers from Dubai or Sharjah to Khasab and back

Ex Dibba Harbour – Cruising, Swimming, Snorkeling, Banana Boat Ride, Hand-line Fishing. Refreshments and lunch provided. Return SIC transfers from Dubai or Sharjah to Dibba and back
Q. How long is Dibba and Khasab from Dubai ?
A. Khasab is a 3 hours drive, one way from Dubai or Sharjah and it may take a bit longer on weekends because of rush at the border check-post or depending upon traffic conditions

Dibba is a 2 hours drive, one way and it may take little less or a longer time depending upon traffic conditions
Q. Do we have to bring our own equipments ?
A. We provide all equipment in line with the activities offered for each trip so you do not need to bring your own equipment.
Q. What are the dishes and cuisine that will be served on the yacht?
A. Since we service a lot of nationalities on the day trips to Dubai and Khasab, we provide international buffet, palatable to all nationalities. It is simple and fresh food.
Q. What are the things or documents do we have to bring?
A. REPEATED QUESTION, ALREADY ANSWERED.
Q. If our passport or labour card are not with us, are we allowed to go?
A. Carrying of above mentioned original documents are a must to enable you to enter Dibba or Khasab because both are part of Omani territory.
Q. What are the nationalities that are allowed by Oman Authorities to enter Oman and re-enter UAE?
A. Khasab

Most residents and all citizens of GCC countries may enter Oman by road and avail visa on presentation of original passport at the UAE-Oman border. Citizens of 33 other countries including EU, USA, Canada, Australia, Newzealand and Japan can enter Oman and re-enter UAE.

Dibba

All nationalities are entitled to travel to Dibba in Oman presently on the documentation as advised above and Oman visa is not required for the trip.
Q. Can we go directly to Dibba or Khasab harbor ?
A. Dibba: Yes you can go directly to Dibba and tourists or visitors must carry their original passport and UAE Residence visa holders valid, original Passport or Labour card.

Khasab: Yes you can go directly to Khasab and you must carry your valid original passport. Please advise your nationality at the time of making the booking so we can inform you accordingly.


 arr CRUISING & FISHING
Q. Can we go for fishing or cruising for 2 to 3 hours only?
A. Deep Sea Fishing:
As a company which specializes in Deep Sea and Sports Fishing, we recommend 4 hours fishing trips as ideal as they give ample time to head out to the sea and for the angler to fish comfortably for fresh catch. However we can also factor in a 3 hours fishing trip.

Cruising:

Definitely requires 4 hours as we head out from the historic Dubai creek to sail around the iconic new landmarks that symbolize modern Dubai.
Q. What are the inclusions of the package ?
A.
Our Fishing or a cruising charter includes pick-up and drop-off facility in comfortable, Hi-roof, air conditioned vans, fully insured and equipped boat or yacht (as per the trip booked), full fishing equipment, if it is a fishing charter and light refreshments. On our 37 Ft. Yacht we have the facility to grill your fresh catch.
Q. Is there a meal provided and included in the said trip ?
A. Light refreshments are included in the charter. Meals, if required can be provided at an extra charge.
Q. Where is your yacht located ?
A. Our Sports Fishing Boat and Yacht are moored at the historic Bur Dubai Creek.
Q. What is the route for cruising trip ?
A.
Departing from the historic Bur Dubai creek we go sailing around the iconic Burj Al Arab, The man made Palm Island, the opulent Atlantis hotel and the under development World island. The guests will also be able to observe Burj Khalifa, officially the highest tower in the world from a distance as this is one of the most visible modern monument of Dubai.
Q. Are we allowed to go down and eat in the restaurant while cruising ?
A. Fishing and Cruising trips are done in the sea hence you cannot stop and eat in the restaurant while on the trip.
Q. Can we also go for swimming and snorkeling and are all the equipments provided or free of charge ?
A. Yes you can swim on our cruising trip and towels are provided but we do not provide snorkeling.
Q. Are we allowed to bring alcoholic drinks and some food ?
A. Yes, if required you can bring your own alcoholic drinks and food, if you want to.


 arr DHOW CRUISE DINNER
Q. What is the capacity of your dhow cruise ?
A.
The capacity of our Dhow cruise is 110 guests
Q. What are the type of foods that will be served on the Dhow?
A. Our lavish buffet dinner consists of International, Arabic and Indian cuisine dishes served in dinner on board the cruise
Q. Is there a karaoke or music system on the cruise ?
A. We provide background music which will be English, Arabic and Hindi music. We do not have a karaoke on board our Dhow Cruise.
Q. What is the program that will be held in this package ?
A.
Two hours cruising at the historic Dubai creek wherein dinner will be provided
Q. Are alcoholic drinks free of charge ?
A. Alcoholic drinks, if required are charged extra according to the consumption
Q. Is it possible to provide a magic show, henna painting or belly dancing on the cruise?
A. We do not provide any of these activities on board our cruise.
